We welcome all our visitors and thank God for your presence at this, our website. As you look around you will learn a few things about this branch of Christ's body. The basics--like who we are, where we are, what we believe, and so forth--are already here with more information on the way. Please feel free to introduce yourself by registering or by calling the church office. Of course, we would love to have you join us for Sunday worship too, at either 8 am (quiet traditional service) or at 10:30 am (mix of contemporary & traditional music plus family friendly atmosphere). We have a Pastor's Bible study at 9:30 a.m., between services, and a fellowship hour follows each service where you can meet some of us over coffee and light refreshments. We are a friendly bunch and look forward to your being with us.
After Bishop Tamayo's sermon, the candidates* led the congregation in singing Lord, I Lift Your Name on High. Their Faith Affirmations included oral recitation of the Ten Commandments, the Apostles' Creed, and the Lord's Prayer. __________________ *Jonathan Gleason, Veronica Knecht, Lucas Rosier, Joshua Wolek, and Nicholas Wolek
Karen Jones gave her mission trip report (with slide show) during the hospitality hour after both services on Sunday, Nov 23. For those who missed it we have put it online for easy viewing in a separate window. (Sorry, no music, just slides and captions)
